Water tubes are used for transportation purposes only. Roses should be cut and placed into water the day you receive them for optimal vase life.
Freshness and quality is the first criteria for our roses and the longevity we experience with our roses is unparalleled. We cannot guarantee how long fresh flowers will last as they no longer live in the soil - their natural environment. However, with proper care you can prolong the vase life of the roses. The vase lifespan of roses can depend on many factors, where they are kept, the variety of the roses, the climate and how you look after them are but a few examples. Please follow our care instructions so that your fresh cut roses stay as fresh and long as possible to give you maximum happiness and joy!
Please follow the Care Instructions below to make sure your roses stay fresh for a prolonged time. Dissolve the rose food into the vase filled with 3/4 of lukewarm water. Remove any leaves that may touch the water! * Cut 1/2-1 inch on a diagonal from the bottom of all stems and place them immediately into the vase. Top up the water at its original level every day. For optimum vase life (over 5 days), repeat these steps every 3 days, adding rose food to the water. Place the vase with roses in a cool, shady place, far from any source of heat or direct sunlight. CAUTION-be extremely careful of the thorns when handling the stems! *Use sharp, clean knife or shears to trim the stems.

Our Forever Roses do not require any care. Please do not water the flowers, do not touch , pull or remove the roses from the box. Keep the flower box away from direct sunlight and very hot or dry places.
During the preservation process roses lose their natural scent. We add a rose scent to the flowers to give them back their wonderful smell which will last for months. Please contact us in case you are sensitive/allergic to perfumes or in general fragrances.
No, removing the roses will damage the arrangement as preserved roses are very fragile. To ensure the longevity of the arrangement and so that you can enjoy them as long as possible, roses must stay inside the box at all times.
Via Florelle ships all fresh cut flowers FEDEX Priority Express in the Continental US. Estimated arrival time of your exquisite roses is by 12pm to most areas in the US and 5pm to some rural areas on the delivery day you specify. Please note, due to restrictions with the Fedex Priority Overnight service we are unable to deliver flowers on Sundays and Mondays. A flat shipping fee of $29 will be charged for all Fresh Cut Roses in the lower 48* Saturday deliveries are additional $15. *Alaska and Hawaii require a shipping fee of $45.
We deliver our fresh cut roses US wide Tuesday to Saturday and Forever Roses Monday to Saturday.
Yes, make sure to place your order by 2pm PST and your exquisite flowers will be delivered FedEx Priority Overnight all over the USA.
Via Florelle Packages do not require signature due to the fragility of the roses. Please note, by placing your order you agree to accept the package with no signature and you take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur (if the roses are stolen or the gate code, if any, is not provided). Please ensure the recipient is at the delivery address!
The FedEx representative will leave your package in a safe place if no one is available to receive the shipment. Note: Your flowers will arrive very thirsty so it is recommended to hydrate them as soon as possible.
We do not include any paperwork with the package, as we understand that most flowers are sent as a gift.
As we understand the importance of a surprise gift, you will stay anonymous as long as you do not include your name in the "FROM" section and greeting card message. Please enter ANONYMOUS or N/A
Please take a photo of the roses and submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after receiving the flowers. Our customer service team will kindly work with you to make it right. In rare cases when wrong item (color, size, card) is delivered please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a replacement to make it right.

Personalized flower boxes take up to 5 days to produce. Please pre-order accordingly to get it on your desired delivery date!

Once the fulfillment center has printed the Shipping label, you will get a notification email from us with the tracking number. When the package is delivered to the recipient you will get the second notification from us confirming the delivery of your package.
