Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We may require additional verifications or information.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
US delivery times and costs
Via Florelle ships all fresh cut rose boxes Tuesday-Saturday with FedEx Priority Overnight. Estimated arrival time of your exquisite roses is by 12pm to most areas in the US and 5pm to some rural areas on the delivery day you specify, but please allow until end of day for busy seasons like holidays or other emergency situations. Please note, due to restrictions with the Fedex Express Overnight service we are unable to deliver flowers on Sundays and Mondays.
A flat shipping fee of $35 will be charged for all fresh cut roses in the lower 48*
Saturdays incur $18 surcharge.
*Alaska and Hawaii require a shipping fee of $45.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Please Note: Orders must be placed by 2pm PST for next day delivery.
Via Florelle ships all Forever Roses from Lumiere Forever Roses and Forever Classic Collections Fedex Express $25 or Fedex Priority Overnight $29.

Estimated arrival time for Fedex Priority Overnight is from 10:30am-5pm
Local Los Angeles delivery times and costs ( Currently Unavailable).
For our local Los Angeles customers, we currently provide Same-Day Delivery throughout the Los Angeles Area within 20 miles of radius from our workshop location. Orders for Same-Day Delivery must be placed by 1PM PST of the desired delivery day. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout. If you have questions regarding your delivery area please contact us at (855) 330-0033.
If THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME: In the case when no one is home/business to accept delivery, we will contact you/recipient by phone. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you/the recipient, the driver will leave the flowers somewhere safe and snap a photo as proof of delivery. If, however, the driver is unable to leave the flowers for any reason (i.e. weather, location, safety, etc.), the flowers will be returned to our workshop and the sender will be charged for re-delivery.
All sales concluded at Via Florelle are FINAL and no refunds or store credit will be issued. We do not accept returns due to the fragile nature of the roses and because every bouquet is custom created.
In rare cases when wrong item (color, size) is delivered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right for you.
Delivery will be deemed to have taken place at the time Via Florelle places an order in the possession of any carrier service (e.g., UPS, FEDEX , USPS or Hand Delivery) for customer delivery. Via Florelle is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once an order leaves our workshop.
"In the rare circumstances, if accidentally wrong arrangement has been delivered or quality of the flowers are not as expected, email us at email@example.com . All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org . If submitted later than above mentioned hours Via Florelle is not responsible for the condition of the arrangement. "
If you choose a specific delivery date when placing your order, we will do our best to arrange delivery for that day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the delivery process and we recommend you choose a delivery date at least one day early to avoid late deliveries.
Any delays or damages of the package caused by Courier due to Covid19/Weather are not the fault of Via Florelle
