FAQ - FRESH CUT ROSES
Our roses are of an exquisite quality due to their Ecuadorian origin. We work with the farms that adhere to the strictest environmental and labor standards in the world. Our direct sourcing guarantees our roses remain fresh from our farms to you.
Water tubes are used for transportation purposes only. Roses should be cut and placed into water the day you receive them for optimal vase life.
Freshness and quality is the first criteria for our roses and the longevity we experience with our roses is unparalleled. We cannot guarantee how long fresh flowers will last as they no longer live in the soil - their natural environment. However, with proper care you can prolong the vase life of the roses. The vase lifespan of roses can depend on many factors, where they are kept, the variety of the roses, the climate and how you look after them are but a few examples. Please follow our care instructions so that your fresh cut roses stay as fresh and long as possible to give you maximum happiness and joy!
Please follow the Care Instructions below to make sure your roses stay fresh for a prolonged time. Dissolve the rose food into the vase filled with 3/4 of lukewarm water. Remove any leaves that may touch the water! * Cut 1/2-1 inch on a diagonal from the bottom of all stems and place them immediately into the vase. Top up the water at its original level every day. For optimum vase life (over 5 days), repeat these steps every 3 days, adding rose food to the water. Place the vase with roses in a cool, shady place, far from any source of heat or direct sunlight. CAUTION-be extremely careful of the thorns when handling the stems! *Use sharp, clean knife or shears to trim the stems.
