    Delivery Time Of Local Delivery products:

    Because of various reasons, including traffic in Los Angeles city, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However you will be able to request a delviery time frame in the notes section while placing your order. We wil do our best to deliver your arrangement within your requested time frame.

    IN CASE THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME

    In case the recipient is not home, we will do our best to contact you. In case you are unavialable, we may leave the arangement at the front door and send you a photo of the proof of the delviery or we may contact you for further instructions.

    Delivery Costs For Fresh Cut Roses:

    $30 for all the arangements in Los Angeles area. If the delivery address is outise our delviery area, please contact us at 855 330 0033 for possible hand delivery.

    Next Day Delivery:

    Orders must be placed by 2pm PST for next day delivery.

    • Place the vase with flowers in a cool, shady place (65-72 degrees Fahrenheit), away from any source of heat or direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents.
    • Via Flrorelle Signature Boxes: Add a tea cup of water every 2 days from the middle into the base of the box.

    • Check the water level every day and change the water every other day.
    • Make sure there are no leaves in the water.
